**TERMS OF SERVICES
**
**Please follow the TOS so the two parties (Artist and Client) can proceed to have a proper and professional working environment. Fail or Violating the TOS listed below will result in termination of commission and blacklist.**Thank You!
PRIOR TO COMMISSIONING
a) The client must provide all requested commission details prior to commencement. This includes visual references, explicit deadline requirements (or indication if there are none), and any other information necessary for the project's success.b) International payments are accepted exclusively via PayPal.c) Payment must only be sent after the artist has officially accepted the commission and agreed to the terms.d) Waitlisted clients must wait until their turn in the queue arrives before sending any payment.e) Any unauthorized funds sent without the express written consent of the artist will be treated strictly as a donation and will not guarantee a commission slot.f) The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request at their sole discretion, without the obligation to provide an explanation.g) Any form of harassment, threats, or insulting behavior toward the artist will result in the immediate cancellation or refusal of the commission. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for work already completed.h) Unresponsive behavior, chronic delays, or consistently poor communication from the client constitutes valid grounds for refusing or terminating a commission.
UPON PAYMENT & DURING COMMISSION
a) All payments are final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed.b) The artist will begin providing Works-in-Progress (WIPs) after payment is received. The initial WIP typically takes 2–3 days, though this timeframe may vary depending on personal circumstances.c) The client is welcome to ask for updates at any stage of the commission; however, WIP requests are strictly limited to a maximum of one per day.d) Progress updates can generally be expected on a weekly basis, subject to ongoing communication between the client and the artist.e) The client agrees not to initiate a chargeback once the commission terms have been agreed upon and payment has been processed.f) In the event of unforeseen personal circumstances (such as illness, equipment failure, or emergencies), the artist will notify all active clients as soon as possible. If the issue prevents work from resuming within one week, a full refund will be issued.g) The client may not alter the core subject or concept of the commission once work has been agreed upon, unless the artist has not yet begun the sketching phase.h) Any additional fees must be agreed upon prior to commencing work, unless they result from the client requesting mid-process changes (such as adding complex details or major revisions).i) Strict deadlines or rush orders will incur an additional fee, to be quoted by the artist based on the timeline requested.j) If the client ceases communication with the artist, the commission will be considered abandoned and concluded; no refunds will be issued. The artwork will be finished based on the last approved brief and sent to the client, regardless of whether they resume contact later.
UPON FINISHING THE COMMISSION
a) All completed commissions are strictly for personal use unless a commercial license is explicitly granted by the artist in writing.b) The client must not remove, crop, or alter the artist's signature on the finished piece. If a text-less or "clean" version is desired for personal display, the client may request one directly from the artist.c) Any future modifications or edits to the commissioned artwork must be requested directly from the original artist. Taking the artwork to another artist for alterations is strictly prohibited.d) Sharing and redistributing the artwork via direct messaging apps or personal social media profiles is permitted, provided proper credit is given to the artist.e) Not Safe For Work (NSFW) commissions must not be redistributed outside of designated 18+ communities, platforms, or direct communications with legal adults.f) The artist retains full copyright ownership of the completed artwork. This includes the right to display non-private pieces on social media, websites, portfolios, or as future commission examples.g) The artist claims no ownership over the client’s original characters, designs, or pre-existing intellectual property.h) The client may request a commission to remain entirely private, ensuring the artist will not publish or share it publicly.i) The client is strictly prohibited from reselling the artwork, minting it, or utilizing it for commercial profit under any circumstances.
REVISIONS AND FIXING
a) Revisions requested during the initial sketching stage are entirely free of charge.b) Once the sketch stage is formally approved, any subsequent changes to the core design (such as altering outfits, adding complex accessories, or changing poses) will incur additional fees.Note: Requesting a new pose or a completely different outfit during the linework or coloring phase requires a structural overhaul of the artwork rather than a simple detail adjustment, and will be charged accordingly.c) Any revisions requested after the final artwork has been completed and officially delivered will incur an additional fee.d) The artist does not accommodate speculative requests (e.g., "Let's try this design element just to see if I like it"). The client must provide a clear, definitive visual brief from the start (exceptions may be made for graphic design elements).
